Baby/Child Photography

Your baby’s first years are a truly amazing time when you get to watch that little human being, change and develop their unique personalities. Let me capture those fleeting moments and create keepsakes that you’ll cherish forever.

Baby photography is so important, I bet you’re sitting there right now wondering how your little newborn has grown so quickly, and it’s true because in that first year your baby changes more than they ever will again. I adore the newborn baby stage, but as they grow and you start to see their little personalities emerge, there’s absolutely nothing better.

Baby photography is sometimes overshadowed by newborn photography and 1st birthday cake smashes, but photographing babies aged 7-10 months is my absolute favourite. 7-10 months is the best age for baby photography because this is when they really start showing their personalities and are discovering so many new skills. They’re also generally sitting on their own, which is super cute as it shows off all of their adorable baby rolls, they so quickly disappear once your baby gets on the move, so it’s lovely to capture them in all their adorable squidgey-ness!

I believe that baby photography should capture their personalities and every little detail, from the tips of their chubby little toes, to the tops of their heads with all that soft, whispy baby hair (sometimes - my little girl had no hair until she was 3!). But looking back on these photo's in years to come and remembering their cute chubby cheeks, or the way they snuggled into you - you'll be able to almost feel the feel of your babies soft leg rolls between your fingers.

It's the best investment you could make, i promise you.

My studio is full of beautiful little designer and organic clothing and more natural wood toys than you could ever imagine, so you needn’t bring a thing.
